Introduction & Applications
As a non-ionic surfactant, with thickening, suspension, adhesion, floating, film-forming, dispersing, water retention and protecting colloid properties, this product can be dissolved in hot water and cold water; neither high temperature nor boiling precipitate, Thus it has a wide range of solubility and viscosity, non-thermal gelation as well. With non-ionic characteristic it can coexist with other water -soluble polymer, surfactant, salt in a wide range. It is a fine colloidal thickener for high concentration electrolyte solution; its water retention capacity is twice than methyl cellulose, and has good flow adjustability. So it is widely used in the polymerization and copolymerization of synthetic resin, synthesizing of latex, preparation of water-based latex paint, preparation and synthesizing of binder, fabric processing, oil drilling, construction & building materials, medicines & food, daily chemical products , paper making, ink chemical and so on.
